COURSE SYLLABUS:

Music Training 

- Complete in-depth Training in all Musical concepts and fundamentals in Guitar / Piano.

- Musical Composition training with your chosen instrument

- Become a Musical theory and practical expert.

Sound Engineering Training:

The latter training part is dedicated to Sound Engineering technical training which is geared towards students intending to work as professionals in Sound Industry. It offers an intensive curriculum taught by industry professionals in which students learn in detail about 5.1 Surround Sound, Recording, Mixing, Production, Mastering, Live Sound, Digital Audio Work Stations, etc.

It also provides individuals with a profound knowledge of 5.1 Surround Pre-Mixing as well as an opportunity to Design Sound for Commercial Films and Songs.

  • Basics of Sound

Sound Waves, Amplitude, Frequency, Gain, Threshold, Converting Sound Energy to Electrical Energy & Electrical Energy to Sound Energy, Converting Electrical Energy to Magnetic Energy, Storing it & converting again to Electrical Energy.

  • Basic Methods of Recording

Analogue Recording, Digital Recording, Analogue to Digital Converters, Digital to Analogue Converters, Encoders, Decoders, Sample Rate.

  • Equipment Operation Techniques

Basic Operations of Mixer, Faders, Gain Control, Grouping, Sends, Inserts, Equalization, Operations of Digital Mixers, Phantom Power, Signal Routing, Troubleshooting & Maintenance of Equipments.

  • Microphones

Type of Microphones i.e. Condenser Microphones & Dynamic Microphones, Type of Microphones according to directionality i.e. Unidirectional Microphones, Bi-directional Microphones and Omni Directional Microphone

Speakers (Studio Monitors)

Types of Speakers: Active Speakers, Passive Speakers etc. Difference between Flat Monitors and Colored Monitors.
